Borgo Fontelupo is situated in the splendid scenery of the Maremma Tuscany, made up of gentle hills, covered partly with vineyards and olive groves. From here it is possible to reach in about 20 minutes the coast with seaside resorts like Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala and Follonica.
Borgo Fontelupo is an antique farmhouse, once part of a small 16th century hamlet, probably built for the workers of the dam, whose remains are even today visible. Today, the "hamlet" has been restructured, obtaining 4 apartments for 2 up to 8 people and 2 double rooms with bathroom.
The "village", recently renovated, consists of apartments and comfortable rooms with a bathroom and kitchen independent, where you can bring the intimacy of the home or with friends and family. All accommodations are equipped with bathroom with a shower, TV and refrigerator, and all are equipped with kitchens oven.

The Price includes: Apartment: Taxes and services, water, electricity, gas, first bed linen and towel change, use of bike (1 per apartment), use of the swimming pool, of the garden and the vegetable garden. B&B: Taxes and services, water, electricity, gas, rich breakfast with typical, local products, daily cleaning of room and bathroom, towel change (half week), complete bed linen and towel change for stays that are longer than 1 week is on Saturday, bike use (1 per apt.), pool use, use of the garden and the vegetable garden.

From here the guests can enjoy a breathtaking view over the hills covered with olive trees.   La Staffa: People: 4+2. The apartment is situated on the ground floor with veranda in front of the entrance and view over the swimming pool, the horse paddock and in the background the gentle hills covered with vineyards. The apartment can be joined with the adiacent double room "La vigna", obtaining therefore 6+2 beds. La Staffa is composed of: double room; room with sofa bed; spacious living-/dining room with sofa bed (2 people) and kitchenette for common or private use, according to request; bathroom with shower. |

La Vigna: People: 4+2. Room on the ground floor with veranda in front of hte entrance. "La Vigna" (engl. vineyard) is adiacent to "La Staffa" and it is possible to join the two, obtaining therefore an apartment with space for up to 8 people. The room is composed of: bedroom with double bed; bathroom with shower. |
  La Diga: People: 2+2. This spacious one-roomed apartment is situated on the ground floor and can be accessed through the veranda in front of the apartment. From the veranda there is a marvellous panorama over the medieval dam until reaching the olive groves. "La Diga" (engl. the dam) is composed as follows: dining angle; small kitchen; double bed; sofa bed for 2 people; bathroom with shower. |
  La Corte: People: 3+2. Very spacious apartment on the mezzanine floor, to be accessed from the main entrance of the farmhouse. "La Corte" is composed of: large living-room with kitchen; double room with sofa; bathroom with shower. |
  La Pia: People: 8+2. Spacious apartment situated in the centre of the building with panoramic view on both sides.It is composed of: large living-room with kitchen and sofa bed for 2 people; 2 double rooms; 1 room for 2+2 people; 2 bathrooms; garden and gazebo. |
 La Rocca: People: 2+1. Spacious double room. "La Rocca" is composed of: double room, single bed, wardrobe, bathroom with shower. |
At the moment of reservation is required a 30% down payment of the total of the stay through postal order or bank transfer. The balance has to be paid at
the moment of arrival by cash. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the 30% down payment won't be paid back.
Check in: after 3.00 pm. Check out: within 10.00 am.
Pets allowed upon request. Activities for children from 6 to 12 years during the afternoon (from 4 to 7 pm). The weekly price is € 150 for every child (minimum 5 children).
The price includes insurance, snacks, teaching material.
It is also possible to book a breakfast service, consisting of genuine, local products. Those who choose to have breakfast, will find every morning
a basket with differnt, but very fresh and genuine products like ricotta (that might be still warm), fresh butter, homemade jams, bread or delicious cakes,
yogurt, eggs. Around the house a very natural garden with essences and typical flowers of the Maremma as well as a kitchen garden with seasonal products, at
the guest's disposal. Underneath the house, a wooden pavillon with barbecue. Barbara, the owner loves to organize barbecues in the evening for their guests,
always with genuine products deriving from this land.
